Well Services Petroleum Company Ltd. was originally incorporated as Well Services Limited in 1967.

Based in Trinidad and Tobago, the company has made outstanding achievements in its forty-six year history, which are well recognized internationally.

The driving force behind this organization is Charles A. Brash, its Chairman and founder, who has in excess of fifty-three years of valuable oilfield experience. He nurtured the growth of Well Services Ltd. from a one rig workover operation in 1967 to an organization which owned over the years in excess of 50 drilling and workover rigs both on land and offshore.

Well Services has performed drilling services for every oil company that has operated in Trinidad, commencing with Texaco Trinidad and continuing with Trinidad-Tesoro, Shell Trinidad, Trintoc, Trintopec, Amoco/BP, Petrotrin, Trinmar, Repsol, and all independent lease and farmout operators.
